    Studies on the effect of doxorubicin on MDA, NO2, NO3, Se-GSH peroxidase and SOD levels in albino rat tissues

    Doxorubicin, a highly effective anticancer drug, produces cardiotoxicity, which limits its therapeutic potential. The mechanism of this cardiotoxicity has remained elusive. The use of this drug, however,continues to be limited by its dose-related and time interval toxicity. Reactive oxygen species are hypothesized to be a major factor in the toxicity of doxorubicin. The aim of this work was to investigate theeffect of doxorubicin on dose-related and time interval in rat. The study utilized adult albino rats (120 ± 5 g). They were divided into 8 groups of 7 animals each and were kept under standard laboratory conditions.They had free access to commercial pellet diet and water. The room temperature was maintained at 20 ± 5°C. The study measured rat tissue MDA, NO2, NO3, Se-GSH peroxidase and SOD under Dox stress, and the results indicate that MDA and NO generated in Dox treated samples cause neuro, myo, hepato and renal toxicity. Since SOD and Peroxidase are scavenging molecules, increase in their levels in Dox treated samples may be one of mechanism to overcome Dox caused oxidative stress in Dox treated albino rat

    Natural language processing concerns about interpretation of language between human and machine such a way that machine can understand human language and communicate with a human so that human can understand. Challenging topics in this field is processing the Indian languages . The objective is to reduce human effort and time taken to perform tasks , improve the throughput and quality of a service. Chandhassu is a basic information to know whether a given poem is syntactically correct or not .Some poems are meaning full even though they doesn’t follow Chandhassu but those are not good when listening and reading .Nowadays so many peoples are writing poetry but those poems are not popular as much as ancient poets due to the lack of knowledge about Chandhassu and vyakaranamu. Proposed system is help full to check whether a given poem is syntactically correct or not. This system can be developed based on predefined rules for each type of Chandhassu .In Sanskrit Chandhassu types are called vruthas, some vruthas are adapted to write telugu poetry, Vruthas based on number of letters. In telugu Chandhassu types are called jaathulu and upajaathulu . these are dependent on number of ganalu. And also it checks whether poem follows yathi and prasa properties . Poetry can be useful to represent large amount of information in a small and structured format such a way that it can be easy to remember. Main applications of Chandasu is to write a poems, songs, prabhandas (collection of poems), dwipada (poems that follow a typical pattern), Sataka (collection of 100 poems) etc. By using poetry we can able to effectively represent sthayi bhavalu (symptoms) . It is helpful to represent science of Chandhassu ,vyakarana ,alnkara ,sahithyamu . Poetry is also used to represent dictionaries , medicine ,math’s , testing of vasthu ,pearls ,authentication purpose in data transition

    Anti-Tumor Activity Of Four Ayurvedic Herbs In Dalton Lymphoma Ascites Bearing Mice And Their Short-Term In Vitro Cytotoxicity On DLA- Cell-Line

    The anti-tumor activity and chemopreventive potential of four Ayurvedic herbs viz. Curcuma longa L., Ocimum sanctum L., Tinospora cordifolia (Wild) Miers ex Hook.f & Thomas and Zizyphus mauritiana Lam. were evaluated using Dalton Lymphoma ascites (DLA) tumor model in Swiss Albino mice. The outcome was assessed using survival time, peritoneal ascitic fluid (Tumor volume) and hematological indices as parameters. Animals were divided into five groups (n = 6) viz. one DLA control and four Herb + DLA treated groups. All the four herb + DLA groups were pre-treated with respective herbs for 7 days and hematological indices were measured for entire five groups. On day-8 animals were inoculated with 1x106 DLA cells i.p., and Herb + DLA groups were continued with oral herbal treatment for 21-days. Hematological parameters and tumor volume were assessed to find the effects of herbs. Short term in vitro cytotoxicity was determined by Trypan Blue exclusion method and LDH leakage assay using different concentrations of herbal extracts and 5-FU as a positive control and IC50 for each herbal extract and 5-FU were determined. Oral administration of crude herb increased the survival time and decreased the peritoneal ascitic fluid content significantly. Hb, RBCs and total WBC which were altered by DLA inoculation were restored significantly by all the herbs except O. sanctum. All the four herbs showed in vitro cytotoxic activity against DLA cell-line. Moreover inter group comparison of all the four herbs for anti-tumor activity showed efficacy in the following order- T. cordifolia > Z. mauritiana ≥ C. longa > O. sanctum respectively. Considering high-speed and popularity of Ethernet communication, developing a reliable real-time Ethernet component inside FPGA is of special value. To that end, we present a new solution for FPGA Gigabit Ethernet communications with timing analysis. The solution deals with "Gigabit Media-Independent Interface" in its physical layer. Network protocol is implemented from physical to transport layer which is UDP. In this Project using LAN connection various data will be captured by FPGA and will be sent on a serial line. Read the data from UART Receive and transform the data in it. On FPGA logic is implemented to read data from serial port. Write data in to memory location and transmitted data out put The FPGA module takes data from serial port and sends to PC in Ethernet form. In PC application will be developed to read data from Ethernet
